Usually at the beginning of the code there is a link (%26lt;a href="http://www.myspace-codes.com.cn/...%26gt;)" that will have the website you got the code from. You can delete that patch of code to make the credit go away. But people worked hard on those layouts and the website is providing a service and you really should give them credit.
