you can't get a full website for free because who ever is hosting it loses money that way, but you can get a limited trial site for like 2 weeks or something... sorry if this doesn't really help but, it's kind of illegal to get one for fre. If you donate your myspace layouts to another site, they will maybe feature them and put in your name.

Making links of your myspace layouts on your myspace (links of where the actual layout is, like on photobucket) will be helpful as a supplement.

And any number of places that offer webspace for free. There will be advertising on them, but you can offer your MySpace layouts long as they are free. Start charging money, your site will be considered a commercial site and there will be a charge.
