i do not know if you mean gir or girl. i am assuming you mean girl, because i dont know anything called gir. so heres my help:
well since their are a lot of opinions for girl layouts i would say go to google and give it a more spefic search [i.e. pink, hearts, etc.] and then right click the image and save it and then go to http://www.mygen.co.uk/ and create a profile. a girl layout could also be as simple as having no graphics and just using a background color like pink, purple, or any baby colors.
i know for sure tho, that if you weren't asking for a girl layout, that i sound like a complete idiot.
