well if your new to myspace then i wouldn't recommend using div overlays. If i where you then i would stick to the basic layout generators until your more familiar with CSS and HTML coding... if you want to take a look at this site it has a good layout generator so you can still make a basic layout look good....

Do you want to make them or just use them? If you want to use them definately make sure you follow all the directions a site gives you. If you want to make them I would suggest, like a lot of other people, bbz space. That is how I learned to make divs, by following the generators and studying them. if your not familiar with HTML (a lot of it!) then i wouldn't bother with DIV layout's.

and if you have to ask about how to use them, i wouldn't think that you are ready for DIV layout's.
